The DiFalco Design Neo DD300X is a high-performance electronic controller designed primarily for 1/32 analog slot car racing. It brings many of the construction and performance features associated with DiFalco's premium controllers to the more affordable Neo series.

With a 17-band electronic throttle, adjustable braking, adjustable sensitivity, dual-polarity capability and precision ball-bearing trigger, the DD300X provides substantially more adjustment and versatility than a conventional fixed-resistance controller.

This version is supplied with our preferred 3-pin XLR connector for fast, secure connection to OmniSlotBox systems and other XLR-equipped analog tracks.

17-Band Electronic Throttle

The DD300X uses a 17-band electronic throttle to provide smooth, progressive control throughout the trigger range.

Unlike conventional resistor controllers that are optimized around a particular resistance range, the electronic design gives the DD300X considerably greater flexibility across different 1/32 cars and motors.

This makes it a useful choice for racers who run several classes but want to become familiar with one controller rather than maintaining multiple resistance-specific controllers.

Adjustable Sensitivity

The sensitivity control allows the throttle response to be tailored to the motor, track conditions and driver's preference.

Response can be softened for a powerful or difficult-to-drive car or increased when a more immediate throttle response is desirable.

Adjustable Braking

Adjustable braking provides a broad range of control so braking characteristics can be matched to the car, track layout, traction level and driving style.

This is particularly useful when moving between cars with substantially different coast and braking characteristics.

Precision Ball-Bearing Trigger

One of the DD300X's standout mechanical features is DiFalco's ball-bearing trigger with threaded trigger pin.

Unlike positive-polarity-only controllers, the DD300X can be changed for opposite-polarity operation by the user with a small screwdriver. This makes it particularly useful for racers who visit different tracks where wiring standards may vary.

DiFalco controllers can also be supplied with other connector types. If you require alligator clips, banana plugs, or another connection, message us before ordering or select the appropriate connector option. You can also have it both ways with one of our separately available adapters.

Handle Colors & Special Orders

Handle colors vary according to current inventory. Controllers in stock are normally shipped immediately in an available color.

If you would like a particular handle color, note your preference when ordering. If that color is not currently in our inventory, your controller can be custom built by DiFalco Design and shipped directly to you. Additional lead time will apply.

We do our best to keep the DiFalco controllers we offer in stock, but during busy periods we may occasionally sell out.

DiFalco Design controllers are individually fabricated in relatively small quantities. When a controller must be built to order, current lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the order date.
