This Slot.it high-current analog controller cartridge converts a compatible Slot.it SCP controller for use on positive-polarity analog slot car tracks.

Rated for up to 40 amps surge and 20 amps continuous current, this cartridge is designed for demanding analog racing applications where substantial current capacity and efficient power delivery are important.

It supersedes the earlier SISCP01G cartridge, with revised behavior under extreme electrical loads.

The Modular Slot.it SCP System

One of the major advantages of the Slot.it SCP controller platform is its interchangeable cartridge system.

Rather than purchasing an entirely different controller for another racing system, compatible SCP controllers can be adapted by changing the cartridge.

This cartridge provides the interface required for positive-polarity conventional analog racing.

Positive Polarity

This cartridge is specifically designed for positive-polarity analog tracks.

Positive polarity is the standard now commonly used on modern home, club, and commercial slot car tracks, but some older raceways and equipment may use negative polarity.

Always verify track polarity before connecting your controller.

XLR Connector

This OmniSlotBox version is supplied with our preferred 3-pin male XLR connector already installed for a fast, secure connection to OmniSlotBox systems and other XLR-equipped tracks.

XLR greatly reduces the chance of connecting controller leads incorrectly and makes controller changes quick and reliable.

The modular cartridge system is one of the features I particularly appreciate about the Slot.it SCP controller. Instead of limiting an expensive controller to one type of racing, the appropriate cartridge lets the same familiar controller handle very different applications.

For an OmniSlotBox Prime, XMR, or OmniSlotBox 4 installation, this positive-polarity analog cartridge is particularly useful. It allows a compatible SCP controller to take advantage of the true analog side of the OmniSlotBox and its ability to run a very broad range of analog cars.
