Gear-ratio setup

Jim's setup note: A 9/26 combination is a very useful all-around starting point. Go to 8/26 when you want stronger acceleration and braking on a tight track; use 10/26 or 11/26 when the layout rewards more top speed and the motor has enough torque to pull the taller ratio.
