A Great Hardbody Building Platform
The adjustable wheelbase makes the HRCH10 useful for converting a wide variety of plastic model kits, toy bodies and other hardbodies into functioning slot cars without fabricating a chassis from scratch.
The Hawk 18K motor provides enough performance for exciting club racing without unnecessarily overpowering the chassis. The straightforward design also makes the car easy to maintain, tune and repair.

Tuning Potential
The H&R chassis leaves plenty of room for racers to experiment with tire choice, weight distribution, gearing and body placement. That makes it equally useful as a first hardbody chassis or as the foundation for a more developed club-racing build.
Jim's Racer Perspective
We selected the H&R chassis as the standard platform for our Central Arkansas Racers of Slot Cars hardbody racing because it strikes a very useful balance.
It is fast enough to make the racing exciting, but the 18K motor does not overpower the cars. That helps reduce crash damage and keeps the emphasis on driving, setup and building an interesting car rather than simply installing the most powerful motor available.
We run these chassis regularly, and one of their biggest advantages is the freedom they give racers to create very different hardbody cars while retaining a common mechanical foundation underneath.
