The DiFalco Design DD302 Neo is a high-performance electronic controller for serious 1/32 analog slot car racing. It brings many of the adjustments and design features of DiFalco's premium Genesis controllers to the more affordable Neo series.

Building on the proven Neo 30-band platform, the DD302 adds adjustable traction control, giving racers another valuable tool for matching power delivery to the car, track conditions and driving style.

This version is supplied with color-coded alligator clips for traditional commercial, club and home-track connections.

30-Band Electronic Throttle

DiFalco's 30-band electronic throttle provides fine control throughout the trigger range for smooth acceleration, precise corner control and consistent power delivery.

Unlike conventional resistor controllers that are optimized for a relatively narrow range of motor characteristics, the DD302's electronic design works effectively with virtually any conventional 1/32 analog slot car motor.

Adjustable Sensitivity

The sensitivity control allows the throttle response to be tailored to different motors, cars, track conditions and driving styles.

Response can be softened for powerful or difficult-to-drive cars or increased when a more immediate throttle response is preferred.

Adjustable Braking

Adjustable braking lets you change the amount of dynamic braking to suit the car and circuit.

Increase braking for tight technical layouts or reduce it for flowing tracks and cars that naturally slow quickly when the throttle is released.

Adjustable Traction Control

The DD302 adds DiFalco's Traction Control system to the Neo platform.

Traction Control regulates power delivery while the trigger is below full throttle. This can help reduce wheelspin and make power application easier to manage when accelerating out of corners, particularly with powerful cars or on lower-grip tracks.

At full trigger position, Traction Control is automatically bypassed so the car receives full available track power.

Interchangeable Resistor Network

Like DiFalco's higher-end Genesis 1/32 controllers, the DD302 uses a plug-in resistor network.

Optional resistor networks are available separately, allowing racers to alter the controller's basic response range for particular motors, cars, track conditions or personal preferences.

Precision Ball-Bearing Trigger

The heavy-duty ball-bearing trigger provides exceptionally smooth, precise movement with very little friction.

Unlike conventional oilite trigger bushings, the bearing system resists wear and side play that can eventually affect wiper-button contact.

A threaded trigger pivot allows adjustment to maintain precise trigger movement and minimize unwanted trigger "slop" even after extensive use.

Dual Polarity

The DD302 is normally supplied configured for positive-polarity tracks, but the polarity can be changed by the user with a small screwdriver.

This makes the DD302 particularly useful for racers who compete at tracks using different wiring standards.

Handle Colors & Special Orders

Handle colors vary according to current inventory. Controllers in stock are normally shipped immediately in an available color.

If you would like a particular handle color, note your preference when ordering. If that color is not currently in our inventory, your controller can be custom built by DiFalco Design and shipped directly to you. Additional lead time will apply.

We do our best to keep the DiFalco controllers we offer in stock, but during busy periods we may occasionally sell out.

DiFalco Design controllers are individually fabricated in relatively small quantities. When a controller must be built to order, current lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the order date.

Easy Maintenance & Serviceable Design

The DD302's open-frame construction makes routine inspection and cleaning straightforward. DiFalco controllers are designed to be maintained and repaired rather than treated as disposable electronics.
