Flexible rubber channel for finishing, aligning and reinforcing the top edge of slot car track walls and barriers.

This rubber wall-top channel slips over thin wall material to create a cleaner finished edge while helping adjoining wall sections stay aligned.

It works especially well with thin corrugated plastic, Masonite and similar materials commonly used for home, club and scenic slot car track barriers.

Key Uses

• Finish Track Walls – covers exposed wall edges for a cleaner appearance

• Align Wall Sections – helps adjoining panels remain even at seams

• Reinforce Thin Barriers – adds support along the top edge

• Cover Sharp Edges – provides a softer finished surface

• Scenic Track Construction – useful for permanent home and club raceways

Press the channel over the top edge of the wall material and work it into position along the barrier. At adjoining wall sections, the continuous channel can help keep the tops aligned while providing a more finished appearance.

Measure your wall material before ordering to confirm that its thickness is compatible with the approximately 1.5 mm channel opening.

Jim's Racer Perspective

Track walls work better when they are neat, strong and easy to maintain. This simple trim gives thin barrier material a much more finished appearance while also helping keep wall sections lined up. Best used with 1/16 in. x 4 ft. x 8 ft. Plastic Panel wall cladding as can be found at Home Depot asn similar hardware vendors. Note that this wall material s best cut by scribing and snapping as it has fiberglass embedded that dulls saw blades quickly.
