How to Apply

Apply a small amount of grease directly to the metal gear mesh using the syringe tip.

Rotate the drivetrain by hand to distribute the grease across the working surfaces of the gears.

Use sparingly. Excess grease provides no advantage and can be thrown around the inside of the car as the gears rotate.

Gear lubrication is one of the simplest maintenance jobs on a slot car, but it is also one of the easiest to overdo.

The syringe applicator is particularly useful because it lets you put a very small amount of grease directly on the gear mesh rather than coating the entire drivetrain.

A little grease in the right place is better than a lot of grease everywhere.
