FrogSpit Tire & Braid Treatment is a long-established slot car treatment designed for use directly on rubber or foam tires and pickup braid.

On tires, repeated light applications allow the treatment to work into the tire material and can improve traction as the tire becomes conditioned. On braid, FrogSpit helps lubricate the contact area, reduce friction and maintain cleaner electrical contact with the track rails.

Use on Slot Car Tires

Apply a small amount directly to rubber or foam tires.

FrogSpit is designed to condition the tire material rather than simply coat the outside surface. Grip can improve with repeated use as the treatment works into the tire.

How to Apply

For tires: Apply a few drops to the tire and distribute the treatment evenly over the tread surface. Allow the tire to absorb the treatment rather than leaving it excessively wet.

For braid: Apply only a very small amount directly to the pickup braid. The braid should be conditioned, not saturated.

As with most slot car treatments, more is not better. Start with a small amount and add more only if needed.

Do not apply FrogSpit directly to the track surface or to the guide tongue.
