JK Cheetah Mazda Dyson 1/32 Anglewinder Slot Car built around the lightweight JK Cheetah stainless-steel chassis and Falcon 7 motor.
This is a true analog race car: no traction magnets, no digital electronics, and no unnecessary weight. At approximately 90 grams, it is substantially lighter than a typical Carrera 1/32 car and is designed around mechanical grip, foam tires, low weight and responsive handling.

Track Compatibility
This car is designed for analog racing and works particularly well on routed commercial tracks and Carrera analog layouts, including Carrera tracks operated in true analog mode with an OmniSlotBox system.
- Compatible with Carrera Evolution and other suitable analog Carrera layouts
- Compatible with OmniSlotBox true analog operation
- Suitable for many routed commercial raceways
- Full-depth racing guide may be too deep for some shallow-slot track systems
On some Carrera installations, the guide blade may require slight trimming to ensure it does not bottom in the slot.
Power Requirements
The Falcon 7 motor performs best with a power supply capable of delivering adequate current. For serious analog racing, we recommend a robust regulated supply rather than relying on a standard low-current wall adapter.
Service & Tuning
- Replaceable motor, gears, axles, wheels, tires, braid and guide components
- Replacement and alternative lightweight bodies available by special order
- Easy to maintain and tune using conventional race-car components
Jim's Racer Perspective
We have raced these JK Cheetah anglewinders extensively. On our 60-foot Grand Prix Carrera layout, properly prepared examples have run more than a second per lap quicker than our standard Carrera cars.
The attraction is not simply the lap time. With no traction magnet, the car can move and drift progressively as it approaches the limit. I find that makes the anglewinder predictable and rewarding to drive, while the lightweight chassis, foam tires and Falcon 7 provide considerably more performance than a typical home-set car.
This example is configured to comply with the racing rules we use for our CARS Club JK Cheetah class.
