Complete adjustable body-mounting hardware for 1/24 and 1/25 scale hardbody slot car builds.

The H&R Racing HR0502 Body Mounting Kit provides the hardware needed to mount a plastic model-kit or similar hardbody to a compatible 1/24 scale slot car chassis.

The system uses adjustable L-shaped mounting plates and body buttons, allowing the body position to be set accurately before final attachment.

Kit Includes

  • L-Plates – Attach to the chassis/frame and provide adjustable body-mounting points
  • Body Buttons – Provide secure, low-profile attachment points inside the body
  • Mounting Bolts & Screws – Hardware for installing and adjusting the mounting system
  • Double-Stick Tape – Useful for locating and positioning the body buttons before permanent installation

Designed for Hardbody Slot Cars

The HR0502 is intended for 1/24 and 1/25 scale hardbody slot car construction and is particularly well suited to H&R Racing chassis and similar adjustable hardbody chassis designs.

It provides a practical way to mount model-kit bodies while retaining the ability to adjust body position for proper wheel alignment, ride height and chassis clearance.

Adjustable & Serviceable

Unlike a permanently glued body mount, the H&R system allows the mounting hardware to be adjusted, removed or replaced as the car is serviced or rebuilt.

This makes it particularly useful for club racing, where bodies and chassis may need periodic repair or adjustment.

CARS Club Racing

The H&R body-mounting system is legal for CARS H&R series racing and is the type of mounting hardware we use for many 1/24 hardbody builds.
